Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MoraViral ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use moraviral.com (the "Service"). We collect only what we need to run the Service, and we never sell your personal data.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form.
• Content: the prompts you write, images you upload, and the videos and images you generate.
• Billing data: your plan, subscription status, payment amounts and PayPal transaction references. Card and bank details are handled by PayPal; we never see or store them.
• Usage data: credit history, generation history, and basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and timestamps) needed to secure the Service.
• Referral data: if you join through a referral link, we record who referred you so we can give both of you the reward.
• Messages: emails you send us for support.

2. How we use your data

• To create and run your account and deliver your generations.
• To process subscriptions, credit boosts, coupons, referral rewards and refunds.
• To send essential emails, such as sign-up confirmation, password resets and billing notices.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and harmful content, and to keep the Service secure.
• To understand how the Service is used and improve it.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a safe Service, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Service providers we share data with

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, and only what each needs:

• Supabase — database, sign-in and file storage
• fal.ai — runs the AI models that process your prompts and uploaded images
• PayPal — payment processing
• Hostinger — website hosting and email

We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. These providers may process data outside your country; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

4. Public content

Your creations are private by default. If you make one public or share its link, anyone with the link can see it, and it may appear in our showcase. You can make it private again at any time from your Library.

5. How long we keep data

• Account data and creations are kept while your account is active.
• When you delete your account from Settings, we delete your profile and creations. Some residual copies may remain in backups for a short period.
• Payment records may be kept longer where tax or accounting laws require it.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls that limit each user to their own data, and signed webhooks for payments and AI jobs. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can update your name and delete your account in Settings. For any other request, email info@moraviral.com from your account email; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies, which keep you signed in and remember a referral code for a short time. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we make significant changes we will notify you by email or in the app.
